What a better way to celebrate Thanksgiving than to have a marathon?!

The plan so far, pending no catastrophic disasters, is to have a marathon of a few of our favorite streams- both shorts and features- running back to back. Join Steve live as he spends many hours in front of the camera presenting Groovy Moovy Gang episodes while trying to make a full Thanksgiving dinner. Then at 7:00 pm, he'll play a new pre-recorded short episode titled "A Day of Thanksgiving" with the rest of the gang.

As part of the Groovy T-Day Marathon, the gang presents A Day of Thanksgiving from 1951.

The film follows a murderer who is on the run and hiding out in a small town. As the story progresses, a boy who is sharing his room with the stranger realises he has witnessed the man killing a woman. 

We delve into another noir film and we get a bit of a surprise ending. It's worth a watch, but we cannot understand how a strange man can share a room with a child. Weird

Understanding the fairer sex was a lot harder in the 40's, apparently.

The recent hiatus has not only given the rest of the gang a well-earned respite, but it has allowed me to make some improvements to the production. There was a long list of repairs, additions, refinements and more. I took the entire weekend and addressed as many as I could. Though it took over forty hours of work, the end result will not have changed much at all for the viewer. Except for...
